The Voivodeship Labour Office in Zielona Góra, together with the Space Technology Park, cordially invites you to the conference ” Umiejętności tworzą możliwości. Człowiek i edukacja wobec przyszłego rynku pracy”. The event will take place on November 5, 2026, at the headquarters of our Park at Nowy Kisielin – Antoniego Wysockiego 1 in Zielona Góra.

The conference, held under the Honorary Patronage of the Marshal of the Lubuskie Voivodeship, Sebastian Ciemnoczołowski, will be dedicated to the challenges of the regional labor market in the perspective up to 2035 and the expectations of young people regarding career development.

The official part will last from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and will include, among others, lectures on the impact of artificial intelligence on the economy, professional transformation, and education. The conference will be preceded by the “Laboratorium Rynku Pracy 2035” workshops (from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM), during which experts from business, education, and local government will develop recommendations regarding the competencies of the future.

During the event, participants will be able to use the networking zone offering access to modern career counseling tools, including VR goggles.
