Vibration exciter - Unholtz-Dickie shaker in the Laboratory of Materials Engineering and Strength Research PTK Lubuskie

First Clients at the Space Technology Park Laboratories

We are delighted to announce that our first clients have made use of our laboratories’ services. The first tests carried out at our facilities were vibration tests using an advanced triaxial shaker from Upholtz-Dickie, capable of generating excitation forces of up to 35 kN. This means that equipment sent into space can be thoroughly tested under conditions simulating a rocket launch, which is crucial for ensuring safety and functionality in orbit.

Our laboratory enables us to carry out a wide range of tests, from sinusoidal sweep to random excitation, across a frequency range from 5 Hz to 3 kHz. We can test equipment weighing up to 100 kg, making our laboratory an ideal facility for companies integrating and testing satellite equipment, as well as for firms in the automotive sector and electronics manufacturers interested in electromagnetic emission testing.

We offer a wide range of services, including:

  • Provision of test benches for organisations developing subsystems and systems for use on board satellites.
  • Comprehensive testing, integration and deployment services for satellite subsystems.
  • Integration of small satellites and attitude and orbit control systems.
  • Testing of small electric manoeuvring thrusters for nano- and microsatellites.

We invite all companies requiring professional support in the testing, integration and deployment of satellite systems to make use of our laboratory. We are here to help you verify and prepare your technologies for operation in extreme conditions.
