The Lubuskie Innovative Start-up System
Space Technology Park – Research, Development and Innovation Ltd has received a grant from the European Union for the project ‘Lubuskie Innovative Start-up System (Phase I)’.
The aim of the ‘Lubuskie Innovative Start-up System (Phase I)’ project is to create a comprehensive support ecosystem for start-ups in the Lubuskie region, with a view to developing groundbreaking innovations.
The main objective of the project is to support SMEs in the early stages of development through business consultancy, incubation services and services relating to running a business at an early stage, with a view to helping entrepreneurs develop an innovative product or service and enabling them to operate independently in the market. A key element of the project will be the identification and evaluation of ideas with high growth potential, taking into account regional smart specialisations.
The main objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives:
- the creation and development of innovative companies in the region,
- access to modern technological and office infrastructure,
- improving access to finance for SMEs at various stages of their development, including the ‘pre-seed’ phase,
- accelerating the time-to-market for innovations, increasing their scalability and opportunities for expansion,
- minimising the risk of ideas failing through professional support and access to know-how,
- to establish an extensive network of contacts between entrepreneurs, investors and innovators.
The implementation of the project will enable businesses at an early stage of development to make effective use of financial instruments. The target group for this project comprises start-ups, spin-offs and spin-outs from the Lubuskie Voivodeship.

Amount of the contribution from the European Funds: 750,929.78 PLN
