Developing a development strategy for a town or municipality
Our experts have extensive experience in developing various types of development strategies. The services we provide in this area comprise three stages:
- the diagnostic phase, the aim of which is to assess the current stage of development of the local government unit,
- the analytical and diagnostic phase, during which we analyse the conditions for development and formulate the key directions for the development of the local government unit,
- a summary stage, the aim of which is to draw up a development strategy for the local government unit and to formulate strategic economic programmes, whilst identifying the tasks and resources necessary to achieve them.
