Representatives of the Space Technology Park – the Chairman of the Management Board, Prof. Marek Banaszkiewicz, and the Deputy Chairman, Dr Jerzy Tutaj – met with Deputy Minister Michał Jaros at the Ministry of Technology and Development. The meeting focused on key areas of cooperation between the Space Technology Park – R&D&I and the European Space Agency (ESA), the development of the Polish space sector, and plans to organise innovation events at the Park.

During the discussions, projects that PTK – R&D&I plans to carry out in cooperation with the ESA were discussed, including initiatives focused on the development of satellite technologies and space systems. The Ministry expressed an interest in supporting work on the Strategy for the Development of the Space Industry in Poland, which could accelerate the development of the Polish space sector and contribute to increasing the country’s innovation potential.

Another item on the agenda was the possibility of organising international conferences and events in the field of innovation at the Space Technology Park – Research, Development and Innovation. Thanks to such initiatives, the Park could serve as a platform bringing together experts from the high-tech sector, industry and science, supporting the exchange of knowledge and the creation of new projects in Poland and on the international stage.
