On 27 March 2024, the Space Technology Park in Zielona Góra welcomed Rwanda’s Ambassador to Poland, Prof. Anastase Shyaka, heralding a new chapter in scientific and educational cooperation between the Lubuskie Voivodeship and Rwanda. This meeting, highlighted by Marshal Marcin Jabłoński, underscores the mutual benefits of openness to international cooperation and Rwanda’s potential as a gateway to Central and East Africa.

We note with enthusiasm the University of Zielona Góra’s commitment to this initiative, which includes student exchanges and research collaboration with the Institut d’Enseignement Supérieur (INES Ruhengeri). The agreements signed between the universities herald the development of innovation and technology, which is a key element of our mission.

Ambassador Shyaki’s visit lays the foundation for future projects that will foster the growth and development of both Polish and Rwandan communities. At the Space Technology Park, we are convinced that this collaboration will open up new opportunities for both sides, strengthening our commitment to building a better future through knowledge and innovation.
