The PTK Consortium Is Achieving Success
Members of the Space Technology Park (PTK) Consortium have achieved significant success, laying the foundations for further development in the field of space innovation and technology. Building on the experience gained and the competitive advantage secured through the funding received, the consortium is moving enthusiastically into the next phase. It is recommended that cooperation be continued and that the consortium proceed to the next phase of securing funding from the Horizon Europe programme, in collaboration with consortium members and partners from Germany, France and Spain.
The most recent meeting was attended by key representatives and contributors to this success: the Marshal of the Lubuskie Voivodeship, Marcin Jabłoński, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Zielona Góra, Prof. Andrzej Pieczyński; the CEOs of HERTZ – Urszula Szulewicz and Zbigniew Trzaskowski; the Director of the Department of Economy and Development, Dr Jarosław Flakowski; and the Management Board of PTK. The main topics of discussion were a review of the project to date, worth nearly 100 million zlotys, a discussion of the project management model, and planning for a new initiative to be submitted to the Horizon Europe programme.
Our activities underline our commitment to the development of the space sector and to innovation, which are key elements of the Space Technology Park’s strategy. We look forward to the next steps and the new opportunities that international cooperation and the support of the Horizon Europe programme will bring.
